Courtney Cherie is a strong believer in living a positive healthy lifestyle which shows in her dedication to being active, eating healthy, and loving life. Her passion for helping others has led to the creation of this site with the main purpose being to motivate people and share some of her tips, insight, and journey.

Growing up in a small town in Arkansas, I always had a love for being outdoors and staying active. In college, I was an athletic trainer for the football, basketball, and baseball teams while getting a degree in Biology and Sports Medicine.

After graduation, I moved to San Francisco for podiatry school and then completed my residency training in Miami at the VA Hospital. Moving to new cities fueled my desire to travel and explore new places. I want to learn about different cultures, meet new people, experience their lifestyle, eat local cuisine, and see everything this world has to offer. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had some extraordinary adventures, learned alot about life and living in the moment.

But throughout the years one thing has remained the same, my dedication to living a fit healthy lifestyle. As a doctor, I know the importance of taking care of your body from the inside out. What you put in your body is equally as important as how you take care of it physically. A few years ago, I was introduced to Muay Thai kickboxing and it instantly became my favorite form of exercise despite having a few sports injuries myself. I strongly believe that finding your fitness passion is key to being consistent, you should enjoy exercise, and what works for one person may not work for everyone because everyBODY is different. Find what you enjoy doing, be active on a regular basis, and eat healthy. Strive to be better than you were yesterday…
