We support all of our clients by phone and email. We also dedicate our support to helping our customers learn how to control and manage their websites. As an example, each time a customer attempts something and needs our help, we may provide a screen video of us providing that support, this helps teach our customers progressively how to manage their own website eventually completely. In 2015/2016 we created 946 videos for our customers.
Our support includes all of the above. Please note, basic support does not contain basics like adding or editing pages after launch, creating content, managing external integrations such as newsletters.

All of our sites are hosted on our own dedicated servers with one of the premier hosting companies in the world. This allows us to have all of the security and back-ups of a large organization. But it also allows us to control many aspects of our hosting environment.
Every server in the world is configured differently, by having a stable environment it allows us to do things quickly and efficiently for our clients.
As hosting is only a small component of the clients’ ongoing investment in their website, it is more cost effective for us to host, than for us to log in and manage sites across all different kinds of environments, saving you time and money.
WordPress as a core needs to be upgraded on a continual basis for new features and just as importantly security and stability reasons. The WordPress Organization release significant updates approximately 4 times per year. Within each upgrade cycle, there are usually 3-4 security and bugfix releases. Each time we update a site we perform a backup and test cycle that takes approximately 1 hour per website. So if a site just sat there and did nothing all year, we would dedicate a minimum of 16 hours per website/per annum, just for this support feature.
Not upgrading WordPress over time will almost definitely lead to your site becoming insecure and more than likely breaking. Requiring a lot of time and money to get it back up again. Why? Becuase all sites not only require WordPress upgrades abut also each site has on average around 10 plugins that also need upgrading.
WordPress plugins add functionality to the core of WordPress, from Spam Protection to SEO, to Embedded Forms and much more. Each website we manage has an average of 10 plugins; some are free but mostly premium. The reason we choose popular premium plugins over free is that they are better supported, have more features and through upgrades and security releases.
The WordPress community highly regards the free versions we use and in most cases, we donate annually to the developer. All of our plugins are upgraded on a regular basis. Each time we update a site we perform a backup and test cycle that takes approximately 15 minutes per plugin. If a site just sat there and did nothing all year, we would still dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per website/per annum, just for this support feature.
Not upgrading plugins regularly will almost definitely lead to a degradation in performance and security and also more than likely a site crash.
We support all of our clients by phone and email. We also dedicate our support to helping our customers learn how to control and manage their websites.
As an example, each time a customer attempts something and needs our help, we may provide a screen video of us providing that support, this helps teach our customers progressively how to manage their own website eventually completely.
In 2018/2019 we created 698 videos for our customers. Our support includes all of the above. Please note, basic support does not contain basics like adding or editing pages after launch, creating content, managing external integrations such as newsletters.
